These classes are suitable for everyone! All ages. All abilities.
The gentle flowing movements are from Dru Yoga. There is a core strength and pilates influence as well as a strong emphasis on awareness and embodiment.
The focus changes from week to week, but the foundation of breath, awareness, embodiment and stillness remain constant throughout the classes.
These classes will gently improve your strength, flexibility and your general well being.
